Why TRS exists, in our own words.
Our democratic constitutional design prescribes 'rule of law' and not 'rule of men' as the principle of governance.
It was assumed that the rule of law would be implemented through people's representatives in the legislatures, executive, and judicial systems. The constitutional foundation expects an alert and active electorate, well-informed political parties, and clean elections to give effect to this rule of law.
TRS commits to publishing leader profiles, donations, and people's issues in the public square — visible to anyone, anytime — because the rule of law cannot survive in private channels.
